If you would like to join us, living as a part of Jagera community, you will need to apply for membership and purchase a residential lot (which includes a share in the community land and facilities). Stage 1 has all sold out (!), so there are only 5 lots left available. Stage 2 is now selling for an average of $540,000 + GST. If you’re looking for a long term, secure tenure rental opportunity, either in a small cottage or tiny house, let us know. Alternatively, you and friends could purchase a residential lot together and build an “expanded dwelling”.

Although we are only small, we are seeking people with a diverse range of skills, interests, ages, genders, family situations and cultural backgrounds so we can create a vibrant and creative regenerative community.
